VIP Travel Package Information:
VIP packages are subject to change based on availability and demand. A VIP welcome letter will be sent out to all package purchasers 7 to 10 days prior to the event that will include check-in details, confirmations, event times, and locations.
Hotel pricing is based on a per person, per room price structure: i.e. triple room occupancy rate is based on three (3) people in one (1) double (2 bed) room, where all three people receive the VIP package amenities. For double occupancy packages, you will have the choice at check-out of a King (one-bed) or Double (two-bed) room.
